If you’ve been following me on Instagram this week, you may have noticed that I’m taking new steps in making myself healthier and more mentally centered. It’s perfect timing, then, that the gang at Balanced Babe invited me to the 2nd Annual BeHealthful Retreat.

I’m excited to check out what spa services, yoga, panel discussions and workshops on September 27. Every movement class has space for up to 200 participants and there will be more than a dozen spa vendors providing complimentary services. We’re talking blowouts, facials, eyelashes, and a variety of massage options (and you know how I love me some beauty and spa treatments).
What is a vegan manicure? You better believe I’m going to find out.
For the culinary-inclined, there will also be local and organic food and beverage tastings. Do you think they can teach me how to whip up a healthy batch of French fries? Fingers. Crossed.
